Delivery and Returns Policy
We offer Australia wide FREE POSTAGE on all orders with a value exceeding A$20.00 (excluding GST), utilising Australia Post standard mail service. Express Post, Courier, Overseas Air Mail or other required delivery services are charged on all orders delivered within Australia and overseas.
We aim to despatch all goods purchased within 1 to 3 working days from date of receipt of order. Normal delivery times within Australia can take 1-10 days following despatch. Tracking details are provided. Overseas delivery times can take up to 21 days. A tracking number is provided after despatch except for standard overseas air-mail deliveries where no tracking is available.
Returns Policy & Process
For any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase made directly from this website, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned within 21 days of original despatch date, to be in the original packaging and be in a resalable condition. A Return Authority Number (RAN) must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if items are sent via non registered post. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Account to be credited or for your exchanged product to be redelivered.
If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at: email@example.com or call us on +61 2 9482 1656. You will be provided with a Returns Authority Number (RAN) and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back. Where a refund is required (excludes for faulty items) a restocking fee of 20% of the original price charged for the product, after deducting any included free-postage charges paid by us, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the item is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we may require an image of the product or the product returned to assess. We will replace or refund in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) ruling, and free of additional freight charges, if replaced. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If You Change Your Mind
We are unable to accept items that have had packaging removed, have been moulded and or worn. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for replacement items. We will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less a restocking fee and the original freight charges, if applicable.
Wrong Product Supplied
We will cover the re-delivery charges if the product you received is not what you initially purchased. Please note colours shown on our website may appear differently on your monitor and may not be an exact match to the physical product, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card or supply a replacement product free of shipping and handling charges.
