All Signature professionally prescribed custom mouthguards are constructed by Signature's licensed
dental laboratories.
Each mouthguard is constructed using highly sophisticated thermoforming techniques allowing a more accurate matching of the mouthguard to the client's dental anatomy which amongst other things leads to:
- better fit and retention - greater comfort - improved speech- superior protection
This process also allows a lamination technique to be used which incorporates a number
of layers of material being formed over each other providing superior strength, protection and design flexibility.
