Extensive field and laboratory trials conducted by the Australian Institure of Sport (AIS) in Canberra have
confirmed that Signature's 'Smooth Air' feature in all Signature mouthguards does not impede elite athletes
performance. The trials, conducted over several months, involved elite middle distance runners, all members of
the AIS sponsored athletes team. Following the success of these trials, further testing will be undertaken to
measure the performance benefits resulting in increased air uptake by the athletes.
